When you submit a form, we collect your name, work email, company, and any phone number or message you include. We use this only to respond to your request and plan your Team Appreciation Day. Nomination forms also collect your manager's name and work email, which we use to send one email that names you as the referrer. If you download our Holiday Party Playbook, we use your email to send it, and send other emails only if you ticked the box to receive them.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use. It sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. It does not identify you by name. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.

We don't sell or share this information. We don't collect health information through this website. Clinical information is collected in person and handled under Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

Every email we send includes our contact details and a way to opt out.
